just a thought here, just an idea, but butches arent women who “don’t like to be fem” we’re women who LOVE to be BUTCH. i dress the way i do because i LIKE it, not out of laziness or self consciousness !! it takes work, i make active aesthetic choices. i look in the mirror and like my appearance !! kill the idea that butchness is a lack of “fem-ness” and embrace butchness as a conscious choice and cultivated identity !!
